After you submit an inquiry you will have an account created in our online Meadowridge Apply Hub. Your login (email) and password creation link will be sent to you via email within three business days of submitting your inquiry.

Log into the Meadowridge Hub and complete the online application form and pay the $400 non-refundable application fee.

The first-round of applications are due at the end of December (November 30 for Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten). Applications received after this date are considered for our second-round of decisions (with space-permitting).

After an application form for each child is submitted with payment, there are grade-specific items (see below) required in order to complete each child’s application in full. Be sure to upload all required documents.

Each division has a checklist of items that need to be completed in order for an applicant to be considered. You can see your checklist here after the application form is submitted.

Only completed applications, including all supporting documents will be invited to grade level assessments.

Selected applications in grades 1 through 11 are required to attend a visit day at Meadowridge throughout the months of January (Elementary School) and February (Middle and High School). Applicants will have the opportunity to participate in class activities and get a feel for our school at this time.

Applicants will be contacted regarding the admissions decision shortly after their assessment and/or classroom visit.

• Once an application has been accepted, an offer letter will be issued via their Meadowridge Hub Apply Account.
• Applicants can download their offer letter and accept the offer by logging into the Meadowridge Hub Apply Portal
• If the desired grade level is full, the accepted student will have the option to be placed in our wait pool.

In order for an accepted student’s seat to be held, the MEID deposit and New Student Fee are required to be paid in full upon registration.

Teacher Recommendation Form: If your child is currently attending a school, a recommendation from your child’s current teacher is required.

We recognize that in some cases for our young applicants a teacher recommendation may not be possible. In this case, we ask that a reference letter from another adult (daycare provider, extra-curricular instructor) that is not a relative be submitted. Please use the recommendation form provided in the your Meadowridge Hub Apply Portal checklist.

Report Cards: Report Cards for the current school year and, if applicable, completed Report Cards from the previous two years. Please upload a PDF version to the Apply Portal.

Student Assessment Day: Grade 1 through Grade 5 applicants are assessed by a combination of developmental testing and an in-house assessment component to determine student’s readiness for these grades. The testing occurs in a relaxed environment and lasts no more than 90 minutes. Assessment Days are typically hosted in January and February.

Teacher Recommendation Form: A teacher recommendation is required for all Grade 6 through Grade 10 applicants. One teacher recommendation form must be submitted and may be completed by your child’s Teacher, Guidance Counselor, or Principal. Please use the recommendation form provided in the Apply Portal.

Report Cards: Report Cards are required for all grade 6 through grade 10 applicants. Report Cards for the current school year and completed Report Cards from the previous two years are required. Please upload a PDF version to the Apply Portal.

Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT): Grade 8 through Grade 10 applicants must complete and submit their Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) scores. There are no exceptions. Applicants are required to register and take the test at their own expense. The Meadowridge SSAT Code is 4992. For more information and to register for a test date, please visit their website at www.ssat.org.

Classroom Visit/Interview: At Meadowridge, we believe that admission is to both the child and the family, and that parental involvement is integral to student success. As such, we want to get to know you better through an interview.

The Meadowridge Diploma Programme is academically rigorous. As such, limited Grade 11 applicants are accepted.

Teacher Recommendation Forms: Teacher recommendations are required for all Grade 11 applicants. Two teacher recommendation forms must be submitted and may be completed by your child’s Teacher, Guidance Counselor, or Principal. Please use the recommendation form provided in the Apply Portal.

Report Cards: Report Cards are required for all Grade 11 applicants. Report Cards for the current school year and completed Report Cards from the previous two years are required. Please upload a PDF version to the Apply Portal.
