Connecting & At-Home Learning
Updated March 26, 2020
As the Spring Break ends on March 29, our classes have been suspended by the Minister of Education. Within that Order, we were instructed to offer a full program of studies at a distance, which will involve all of our teachers working full-time, or more when it is required. The reasons are clear: Our children need to keep learning, connected, and stimulated with a different program of teaching and learning: Learning at home. Regularity, expectations, stimulation, engagement, and feedback will be important to them to retain a sense of normalcy, and of care.
Our principals and teachers will be in touch within the next week to clarify the program for each level. Please also remind your children to check their Meadowridge emails regularly, as well as checking the normal channels with which they communicate with teachers.
Our building is not closed, but anyone who wants to come in for any reason should make an appointment so that we can ensure physical distancing and an immaculate space. This should only be for essential items.
