Gryphon Good Morning Challenge

Choose one of three workouts, challenge yourself for 30-days, and get a shirt!

The final 30 Day Challenge for the school year will be run in May with the Good Morning Challenge! There are three choices of five exercise sets and it is a great way to kick off your day for one month. Shirts are limited so you must pre-register using the form below in order to be officially entered. The same rules as the previous challenge, so perfect records required to officially earn a t-shirt.  No missed days, no swapping rest days, no doubling up days or altering the schedule. Most will complete a workout in under 5 minutes the first week and it will progress to 10 to 15 minutes later in the schedule. You can however do the sets at separate times if you like during the day. Make it work for you. Family involvement is encouraged and it is open to all in the Meadowridge community.  Contact scott.spurgeon@meadowridge.bc.ca with any questions.

Shirt stock is limited is so shirts will be reserved on a first to register list. If you enter late and a shirt is not reserved you will be waitlisted in order of registration for your size, if someone drops out you will move up the list.  Currently I have just over 230 shirts in stock, however this is in 2 colours and 9 different sizes so no guarantees until you get a confirmation from me.
