In the bustling hallways of high school, where the typical concerns revolve around exams, social dynamics, and extracurricular activities, two Grade 11 students, Tara C. and Ruby B. embark on a unique journey as part of their CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) project. Their initiative seeks to address an issue often kept in the shadows: menstrual equity in isolated Indigenous communities.
After joining the Rock Mandala club when she was in Grade 6, Ainsley M. (Grade 11) was inspired to start her own Rock Painting Club for her CAS Club Requirements this year. With the club winding down, we sat down with Ainsley to learn more about what the club has been up to, and what a typical meeting looks like for members.

Further, when did you last give a truthful answer? We ask this question multiple times a day as a common courtesy rather than a genuinely inquisitive query.
We are thrilled to announce that Ms. Oneil is stepping into a new role as a Social Emotional Counsellor at Meadowridge. After many years of teaching PHE classes, she will share her expertise in health in a new way by supporting students and their mental wellness on campus. In celebration of her new role, we sat down with Ms. Oneil to learn more about her new role and the importance of mental well-being.

Think of mindfulness as your mind being FULL of this moment here. You would be amazed at how calming this simple act could be.
