What is the cancellation/refund policy?

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Cancelation/refund policy: Refunds will be issued for any cancellations received at least 3 weeks prior to the camp start date. Camp Meadowridge will make every effort to avoid cancelling programs; however, we reserve the right to cancel a camp if the minimum enrollment is not met. In this case, we will either accommodate your child in an alternate program/week (if space is available) or provide a full refund at your discretion.
