On Thursday, April 27, our Grade 9 and 10 students attended our TOK Exhibition, engaging in meaningful conversations with our learners and getting excited for their DP years. This presentation is a chance for our Grade 11 Theory of Knowledge students to explore knowledge through the diverse lenses of everyday objects. Each student selects one of 35 prompts provided by the IB and links the prompt to three artifacts of their choosing. The intent is to acknowledge how our understanding of the world around us changes because of our circumstances including our values, our experiences, and our perspectives.
We celebrated the achievements of our Grade 5 students as they showcased and presented their Exhibition Projects. The Grade 5 Exhibition is the culminating, collaborative experience in the final year of the IB (International Baccalaureate) Primary Years Programme. Students explore, document, and share their understanding of an issue or opportunity of personal significance to themselves. By working on this project, students engage in in-depth, collaborative inquiry, are responsible for their learning, explore multiple perspectives, and work to demonstrate the attributes of the IB Learning Profile.
