This year, Meadowridge is taking the month of April to recognize the importance of living healthy and active lifestyles. This month-long celebration is known as Health Month! Health Month is broken down into four weeks, with each week having its own important theme and goals:
💪 Week One: Physical Activity Week (April 3-7)
🧠 Week Two: Mental Health Week (April 10-14)
🌲 Week Three: Environmental Health Week (April 17-21)
🍎 Week Four: Nutrition Week (April 24-28)
One of our goals this year is to invite students and their families to make Health Month part of their life at home. To help with this, we've created a few printable activities to help get families moving together!
