Thank you for your interest in joining the Meadowridge School tour to Costa Rica from March 14 to 25, 2024. The online tour registration and online payment program are set up by our tour operator, Ellison Travel & Tours. This will allow you to register for the tour and the online payment program will collect the remaining payments.
If you have any challenges with the online payment system, please contact their office in Ontario, by email support@ellisontravel.com.
Step 1 is the online tour registration which collects personal traveller information required for the tour (i.e., legal names, passport information, food allergies, etc.).
Step 2 is creating an account for the online payment program to collect the remaining payments.

Step #2 – Online Payment Program
The Online Payment Program is a separate system from the Online Tour Registration above, and you will be required to re-enter basic information like your name and contact information. By following the steps below, you will create an account to make payment for the tour by credit card (Mastercard or Visa only) or directly from your Canadian bank account.
To create your online payment account:
- Click on the following link: https://group.ettravel.com/
- Your ET Tour Number is 145-24
- Enter your email address and create your own customized password and click “Create Account”
*Please note: if you have travelled on a previous tour with Ellison Travel, you may already have an existing account – in this case enter your username and password and click “Log In” and follow the prompts. - Enter your name and contact information as requested.
*Please note: with your registration on the online payment system you will be charged the 1st Per Person deposit of $850.00 within 24 hours. If you register on or after September 14, you will be charged the 1st and 2nd Per Person deposits totalling $1,850.00 within 24 hours.
It is very important not to miss the Registration Deadline of October 13, 2023.
