A big thank you to the 12 students who stepped up to share their love and expertise of soccer by refereeing the Grade 5 ISEA Soccer PlayDay, an event we host each year to wrap up the soccer season.
This year, we had eight ISEA schools join us, represented by a total of 14 teams. It was a mostly wet, five-hour day, but lots of fun was had. I believe it is valuable for our student athletes as it gives them a very different perspective on the game they love and usually see from the other side of the whistle.
