Please join us on Thursday, May 16 for the final Student-Led Conferences of the school year. The conference booking system will open on Monday, May 6 at 9:30am and will close on Wednesday, May 15 at 6:00pm.
You will receive an email Monday morning at 9:30am with a link to access the conference booking system. Parents will not be able to book any conferences after the booking system closes on May 15, so be sure to promptly make your bookings.
Elementary Conferences (Junior Kindergarten to Grade 5): Parents will book ONLY with the child’s Homeroom teacher. The time that you book will indicate the starting time of your conference. Conferences should last 45 minutes to an hour.
Middle School Conferences (Grade 6-8): Parents will book ONLY with the child’s Advisory teacher. The time that you book will indicate the starting time of your conference. Conferences should last 45 minutes to an hour.
High School (Grade 9-10): Parents will book ONLY with the child’s Advisory teacher. The time that you book will indicate the starting time of your conference. Conferences should last 30 minutes.
High School (Grade 11): Parents can book 10-minute conference with EACH of the child’s subject teachers.
