All families that have re-registered for the 2023/24 school year will be receiving their Tuition Fees and Diploma Fees (Grade 11 only) and Program Fees invoices by Friday, April 28, 2023. If you have re-registered, signed your contracts, and have paid your re-registration deposit but do not receive invoices by May 2, 2023, please contact the finance office at billing@meadowridge.bc.ca.
Tuition invoices paid in full by Monday, May 15, 2023 will be given a 1.00% early payment discount with a credit on their account.
If you plan on paying your school fees in monthly installments, you are required to sign the remittance slips and provide your updated banking information or credit card information before Wednesday, May 31, 2023. Please make all cheques payable to Meadowridge School.
Remittance slips, cheques and credit card information can be dropped off in the “drop box” located outside the front office entrance doors. Acceptable methods of payment are cheque, bank draft, e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, AliPay, or WeChat Pay. To e-Transfer funds please email billing@meadowridge.bc.ca. You will need to send an email to this address with details for the payment including what you are paying, student name, grade and family number so we can properly apply the payment to your family.
