How to Pay

Please provide the school with a void check to set-up the bank withdrawal at least two business days before the 1st of the month.

You can send payment through your bank using e-transfer.

Please send the payment to billing@meadowridge.bc.ca.

After you send the payment please email any questions or other important information to billing@meadowridge.bc.ca.

Families can make tuition and invoice payments via credit card online or by calling our Finance Office (604.467.4444).

All credit card payments are subject to a 2.4% credit card fee with the exception of:

• Tuition payments made before May 15 or within two weeks of registration
• Re-Enrollment deposit payments

Meadowridge accepts payment via Mastercard or Visa. 

Please make cheques payable to Meadowridge School and put your Family ID Number in the Memo/Notes field.

You can drop off your cheque at the Front Office with your invoice stub or with a note stating the invoice/charge that you are paying.

We accept cash payments up to $200 per school year.

When submitting your payment please note the charge you are paying for.

All WeChat/AliPay payments will be charged a 1.2% fee at the time the payment is made. These fees are credited back to the family account for tuition paid by May 15 or within two weeks of registration.

*Please Note that donations to the school cannot be paid with WeChat/AliPay
