Application & Assessment Fee: $400 per student (non-refundable)
This fee is paid at the time of the online application submission.

Enrollment Fee per student (non-refundable)
First Child: $12,000
Second Child: $8,000
Third and Subsequent Child(ren): $4,000

Items Borrowed Deposit: $750 per student (refundable)
To be held and used for incidentals and outstanding fees in the year the student leaves.

2026/2027 Academic School Year

Tuition: $32,595 per student ($32,595 + $10,000 for international)
The following year's tuition is announced in December

2026/27 Yearly Program Fees:

• PYP (Junior Kindergarten to Grade 5): $900
• MYP (Grade 6 to Grade 10): $2,595
• DP (Grade 11 to Grade 12): $2,105

The yearly program fees cover field trips, yearbooks, textbook rentals, mandatory supplies, workbooks, graduation fees, and any other incidentals that are required for each program.

IB Diploma Student Registration Fee: $1,300
This is a fee required from the International Baccalaureate Organization and is applied in the Grade 11 year. IB fees are determined by the International Baccalaureate Organization and are subject to change.

Please note: This is not a complete list of all the expenses required throughout the school year and does not include uniforms, cafeteria, bussing, after-school care, and optional international trips.

Continuous Enrollment & Payment Process for 2026As part of our shift to a continuous enrollment model for current families, there will no longer be a need to submit a re-enrollment contract for the upcoming school year. However, if your family does not plan to return next year, please indicate your intent to withdraw by February 1, 2026, to natalie.blomly@meadowridge.bc.ca.

*New for 2026:
Parents will be able to pay deposit and view school fees through the Meadowridge Hub. The transition from our legacy program to the new billing portal is expected to be completed by April 1, 2026.

For all returning families, a deposit of 25% of tuition must be paid by accessing your Meadowridge Hub account by February 15, 2026.

Parents will be required to securely input their credit card or banking details when submitting their re-enrollment deposit and/or enrollment form via the Meadowridge Hub. This process is mandatory for all families as it will generate the upcoming school year fees upon submission. This process will set you up for the 8-month payment plan by default.

For families who wish to pay their tuition fee(s) in full by the May 15, 2026, deadline, they may do so by submitting their payment through the Meadowridge Hub.

Finance Account Status

With winter break quickly approaching, families are reminded to ensure their financial accounts are kept current. All families whose accounts are in arrears at the start of enrollment in January 2026 will have their re-enrollment withheld until accounts are made current. A statement of account for all families with outstanding balances will be emailed on January 6, 2026.

25% of tuition per student (non-refundable deposit)

At the time of Re-Enrollment in January 2026 a deposit of 25% of the 2026/27 tuition per student is required to hold your spot. This deposit goes towards your tuition costs. If your family confirms Re-Enrollment and then does not return, this fee is non-refundable.

Due to the change to the parent portal for school fees, all credit card payments will be charged the 2.4% credit card fee; however, the finance department will credit the credit card fee back to student accounts for all credit card payments made on or before May 15, 2026, for tuition payments.

Please note: There is no credit card fee (2.4%) on re-enrollment deposits paid via credit card.
