Payment Methods

One-Time Enrollment Fee Payments: Online Deposit Payment Form
Enrollment Fee is per student and non-refundable. The Items Borrowed Deposit of $750 per student (refundable) is to be held and used for incidentals and outstanding fees in the year the student leaves.

Tuition/Invoice Payments: Online Invoice Payment Form

All credit card payments are subject to a 2.4% credit card fee. This is exempt for tuition payments made before the deadline (May 15 or two weeks after registration) and Enrollment Fees.

Meadowridge accepts payment via Mastercard or Visa.

When submitting your payment please note the charge you are paying for.

All WeChat/AliPay payments will be charged a 1.2% fee at the time the payment is made. If any tuition payments occur before the deadline (May 15 or two weeks after re-registration) the 1.2% fee will be credited back to the family account. 

 *Please Note: donations to the school cannot be paid with WeChat/AliPay

You can send payment through your bank using e-transfer.

Please send the payment to billing@meadowridge.bc.ca.

After you send the payment please email any questions or other important information to billing@meadowridge.bc.ca.

Please provide the school with a void check to set-up the bank withdrawal at least two business days before the 1st of the month.

Please make cheques and bank drafts payable to Meadowridge School.

You can drop off your cheque or bank draft at the Front Office with your invoice stub or with a note stating the invoice/charge that you are paying.

We accept cash payments up to $200 per school year.

Accepts online bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, ALIPAY, and Union Pay. Suitable for international payments
