As part of our shift to a continuous enrollment model for current families, there will no longer be a need to submit a re-enrollment contract for the upcoming school year. However, if your family does not plan to return next year, please indicate your intent to withdraw by February 1, 2025, to natalie.blomly@meadowridge.bc.ca.
For all returning families, a deposit of 25% of tuition will be automatically processed from your preferred payment method on February 15, 2025.
If you currently pay your school fees in monthly installments via credit card or bank withdrawal, we will continue to accept this method as your preferred payment method.
For families who have paid their fees in full and are not on a monthly installment plan, our finance team will contact you in the coming weeks to collect your credit card or banking information. This will ensure we can process the automatic deposit on February 15 and the remaining balance on May 15, 2025. Providing this information will help ensure a seamless transition into continuous enrollment for the upcoming school year. Questions?
