The impact of the fight against the novel coronavirus has been enormous. Many people have had difficult financial news, and been left wondering about their future financial health. Meadowridge School understands the position that some families are in, and wants to offer support. Accordingly, we are doing the following to help:
First of all, the final instalment for those families who chose to pay tuition for the 2019/2020 school year over a 10-month period will be postponed by one week. This will allow those families time to inform us if they will require that payment to be deferred. Otherwise, the final instalment will be processed on Wednesday, April 8, 2020. If your family would like to defer payment of the final instalment for this school year, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Secondly, invoicing for the 2020/2021 school year will be delayed by one month such that invoices will be sent by Monday, June 15, 2020. As a result, the due date for full payment, to obtain the early payment discount, will be Wednesday, July 15, 2020. Those families choosing to pay over a 10-month period will have their first instalment processed on Wednesday, July 15, 2020.
Additionally, we will support families who have been financially struck by the effects of the COVID-19. To do so we are:
1. Extending the level of financial aid
We have set up an email just for this purpose where families can send requests for financial assistance and advise us of what kind of support they will need, including deferral of the due date for full payment, deferral of when monthly instalments will begin, or level of financial assistance which they may require.
