Families get active at Family PHE Session

Meadowridge students along with their siblings, parents, and guardians suited up in athletic gear for our Family Physical Health Education (PHE) Session on November 16. The Meadowridge gymnasium hosted over 30 families, who got active together through fun fitness games and challenges, while also learning more about how Physical & Health Education classes work at our School.
