Grade 9 Student Takes Top Honour at Regional Debate Tournament
Over the weekend, ten students competed in one of the largest qualifying tournaments in the province. Led by Dr. Martin Reinink, each of our five teams competed with poise and more than held their own against teams from schools with very well-established debate programs. Isabella Z. (Grade 9) was awarded 1st place in the highly competitive junior division, made up of students in Grades 9 and 10. Congratulations to Isabella and our other competitors!
