Ms. Kristal Bereza is Meadowridge's Deputy Head of School

We are pleased to announce Ms. Kristal Bereza as the Deputy Head of Meadowridge School. Most recently, Ms. Bereza served as the assistant head of school and has served as high school principal and teacher during her 19-year career at Meadowridge School.

Ms. Bereza brings with her a wide range of experience and a deep commitment to our school's mission. In her new role, Ms. Bereza will be responsible for the school's daily operations, including overseeing and supporting divisional principals and other members of the Educational Leadership Team. With her comprehensive understanding of academic and co-curricular programming, Ms. Bereza will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our students.

Her dedication to Meadowridge spans an impressive 19 years, and we are truly grateful for her unwavering commitment to our community. Her new role will provide her with more significant opportunities to contribute to our school's continued success.

Mr. Terry Donaldson will transition to Director of Strategic Programs. In this capacity, he will continue to be a vital member of our Senior Leadership Team, contributing significantly to realizing our Meadowridge Strategic Plan. Mr. Donaldson will focus on spearheading key developments in Learning Support, Summer Programming, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (now known as Belonging) initiatives. Additionally, he will oversee the development and support of leaders in Social-Emotional Education, Admissions, and Regenerative Sustainability. 

We are incredibly fortunate to have the wealth of experience and dedication of both Ms. Bereza and Mr. Donaldson. Their contributions have been invaluable to the growth and success of Meadowridge. These transitions signify an exciting chapter in our school's journey, and we are confident that Mr. Donaldson and Ms. Bereza will excel in their respective roles while building on their already remarkable legacies at Meadowridge.
