The Meadowridge Orchestra Club Performs at the Vaya International Music Festival

Congratulations to our Meadowridge Orchestra Club for their outstanding performance at the Vaya International Music Festival.
This past weekend, 18 of our talented musicians competed and won numerous awards. Congratulations musicians on your magnificent performance and a special thanks to conductor, Mr. Bo Peng and all the parents for their support.

Achievements:

String Quartet (Peggy, Derek, Yufei, Angela) won a Platinum Award and are advancing to the BC Provincial Festival.
Piano Quartet (Steven, Derek, Peggy, Christine) won a Platinum Award and are advancing to the BC Provincial Festival.
Piano Quartet (Evelyn, Joey, Emma, Mifei) won a Gold Award.
Silver Trio (Silas, Klaus, Tim) won a Silver Award.
Flutes and Violin Quintet (Rebecca, Ethan, Angie, Jennifer, Michelle) won a Silver Award.
