COVID-19 Important Finance Invoice & Deadlines Updates
Families paying for 2019/2020 over 10-months
The final payment will be delayed by one week to allow families time to inform us if they will require that payment to be deferred. Otherwise, the final instalment will be processed on Wednesday, April 8, 2020. If your family would like to defer payment of the final instalment for this school year, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
2020/2021 Invoicing & Early Payment Discount Deadline
Invoicing for the 2020/2021 school year will be delayed by one month. Invoices will be sent by Monday, June 15, 2020. The due date for full payment, to obtain the early payment discount, will be Wednesday, July 15, 2020. Families choosing to pay over a 10-month period will have their first instalment processed on Wednesday, July 15, 2020.
We will support families who have been financially struck by the effects of the COVID-19. To do so we are:
- Extending the level of financial aid
- Facilitating the process to request aid
- Simplifying the criteria to qualify for new financial aid requests

We are striving to support any of our families that require our help to make sure that their child or children can continue and thrive at Meadowridge School.
There may come a time where a family is faced with a short-term financial issue that impedes their ability to pay for their child(ren)’s tuition.
To support our families and live our Mission of "learning to live well, with others and for others, in a just community", Meadowridge has set up a financial assistance program to assist families with temporary financial crisis. Access to financial assistance requires the family to complete an online financial assistance application called F.A.S.T. This program is run by Independent School Management (ISM) so the application process is separate from the school. All information provided remains confidential.
Families whose enrolment is dependent on financial assistance must advise our Finance Office of this by emailing Ms. Julie Bournival at julie.bournival before the close of Re-Registration.
It is important that families intending on returning for the next school year complete the Re-Registration contract and pay the deposit. Once Re-Registration closes families are able to apply for financial assistance. If their application is not approved the Re-Registration deposit will be returned to the family.
Meadowridge hopes that donations to our Endowment Fund will, in the near future, fund an Endowment to provide an expanded bursary and financial assistance program. If you would like to donate to this Fund, please click here.
